- Heated by the heating elements which are placed on the upper and lower positions of the stone based belt
- Upper and lower heating elements can be adjusted for different temperatures
- Belt speed and temperature can be adjusted by PLC control system automatically
- Suitable to bake products like pizza, pita, lavash, doner kebap breads
- Includes adjustable stainless steel curtains on the inlet and exit of the oven to save energy
- Stones used on the base are produced by heat resistant refractor materials and supported by stainless steel chasis
- Can be easilt moved by the lockable wheels
- Dust collector trays placed under the oven for easy cleaning
- Oven inlet conveyor and exit bread collector can be added as an option
