  • Includes adjustable stainless steel curtains on the inlet and exit of the oven to save energy
  • Stones used on the base are produced by heat resistant refractor materials and supported by stainless steel chasis
  • Can be easilt moved by the lockable wheels
  • Dust collector trays placed under the oven for easy cleaning
  • Oven inlet conveyor and exit bread collector can be added as an option
